Aebilita Consulting Ltd was established in 2007 to provide consultancy and training support across five disciplines: Continuous Improvement; Project Management; Change Management; Employee Engagement and Employee Development. All businesses are different and it is important to understand the client organisation’s culture, goals, strengths and challenges before taking on a project. Services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client and range from 90 minute training sessions through to the provision of ongoing project support over a number of months. |
Anna Vorster, Director, has worked with organisations of all sizes, at all stages of their life and across a range of industries including financial services, insurance, IT, transport, retail, media, utilities, automotive and contact centres. Support can be provided to individuals and teams operating at all levels and the commercial and cultural requirements of the organisation determine the exact approach. Services are split into five key disciplines and are outlined below. |

Director, Anna Vorster, explains her background, 'I worked for GE Capital for a number of years and qualified as a six sigma black belt. I became experienced in running continuous improvement projects and quickly realised the importance of effective change management. Later, at DSGi (formerly Dixons Group plc) I introduced a light touch continuous improvement framework to the buying, marketing and operations teams and to support the senior leaders across the different business units with their strategic planning. This included the development of Balanced Scorecards and organisational self-assessment using the European Framework for Quality Management (EFQM). I also designed the PC World Employee Engagement strategy.

|
Before setting up Aebilita Consulting I was employed by a Learning and Development consultancy to design and deliver personal development training to managers and teams on disciplines such as leadership development, project management, performance management, high performing teams and employee engagement. In addition to these 'soft skills' I supported clients with business improvement projects ranging from the facilitation of process improvement workshops to the successful introduction of ISO 9001. I worked with clients in North and South America and across Europe. | |
In 2007 I created Aebilita Consulting Ltd, aimed at providing support to businesses in both the areas of 'process' and 'people'. Projects differ in size and nature from client to client but all have the common thread of ensuring organisations are working efficiently and are well equipped to face future challenges.' Major clients include: PC World; National Express East Anglia (formerly ‘one’ railway); The BBC and Veolia Water UK.
As the sole Director of the business, I typically provide the consultancy myself, however on larger projects I may work in partnership with other specialist consultants. In this instance I only use individuals I have worked with previously and know to be an expert and who are approved as a cultural fit by my client.
